Lightweight operational dashboards for surfacing system state and workflow metrics without the overhead of a full observability stack. Testing what is actually useful versus what just looks good on a screen.
Ongoing
Using AI as a collaborator across real builds — not for content generation, but for architectural drafts, triage logic, and workflow scaffolding. Tracking what works and what still needs a human in the loop.
